This notice explains how we process the personal data of visitors to our website, people who contact us and job applicants, in line with Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Last updated: 5 November 2026.

Data we process

• Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number.
• Enquiry details: project type, project size and message shared through the contact form; WhatsApp and email correspondence.
• Job applications: CV and the education and experience details you share.
• Security: the IP address, date and time a form is sent.
• Cookie data: only with your consent, analytics and advertising measurement data about how you use the site (see the Cookie Policy).

Legal grounds

We process personal data under Article 5(2) of the KVKK: where it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract (c), to meet a legal obligation (ç), to establish, exercise or protect a right (e), and for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (f). Analytics and advertising cookies rely only on your explicit consent (Article 5(1)), which you can withdraw at any time.

How we collect it

Through contact and application forms, email, phone, WhatsApp and the cookies used on the site.

Who we share it with

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with our hosting and email providers, business partners (only where needed to meet your request), legal advisers and, on request, competent public authorities.

With your consent, cookie data is processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and may be transferred to servers abroad. When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed on WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure. Transfers abroad are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for the general statutory limitation periods after our relationship ends, job applications for up to 2 years, and cookie data for the periods given in the Cookie Policy. After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is shared with, ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, deleted or destroyed and for those parties to be notified, object to an outcome against you produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
