Halil-ür Rahman Urban Forest (Preliminary Project)
Halil-ür Rahman City Forest, which is 3.5 km away from the city center and opposite Şanlıurfa Training and Research Hospital, is located on an area of 1,400,000 square meters.
Edible plant beds belonging to the Urfa flora, local cuisine and sales units of the products produced, equestrian facility and horse riding trails, science park, various sports facilities, camp and activity areas and many different functions are built together in the project; Due to the increasing urban density, it is of great importance as the escape point of the local people. Due to the area it covers, it is aimed to create an open space with a very high carrying capacity and making various contributions to the city and its inhabitants.
